Best High Street bank to sell Shares?

My 80 yr old Mum wants to sell a variety of her shares but is only happy dealing face to face. Can anyone suggest the best place for her to go so that she can simply hand over her share certificate ?

    Although I dislike them as banks go I do believe Barclays are well known for their share dealing service. Also, give the Co-operative Bank a try i.e. compare the charges.
