Having turned down my devimat underfloor heating in the bathroom in the last warm spell, I went to switch it back on and it wouldnt work.
I rung Devi last tuesday to ask them for advice, the guy talked me through it and worked out a part had gone faulty. He asked when it ws put in and I could only guess 5 years but couldnt be sure, he asked where I got it from and I had no idea as it went in when the bathroom was fitted, but the guy said no problem, and sent the part, free of charge that arrived the very next day! Amazing, wish all companies where so straightforward to deal with! Would not hesitate to use them again!:j
