Why does it take a posting on an internet forum for Comet to get their finger out of their ar53 and sort a problem???
Just think how many thousands of people are out there with a problem that is NOT being sorted by Comet...and WILL NOT be sorted by Comet until the person posts on MSE.
Pity the poor old 80 yr old with a cr4ppy washing machine [from Comet] and no internet....
