Which strawberries for hanging baskets?

We've just moved house and have some permanent hanging baskets attached to the walls in the garden in sunny spots, so I'd like to put some strawberry plants in, so we get our own little crop. Hopefully we aren't too late?

Can anyone recommend which types of strawberries are best for growing in hanging baskets? I'm guessing I'll need plants, as it’s a bit late for start the seeds off.
Also, what should I feed them with? I read that tomato food is good for strawberries? Is this true?

Finally, is it ok to buy the plants at my local B&Q/ homebase, or are the ones from a garden centre better? Or should I buy online??

Any advice would be much appreciated, as I haven't grown Strawbs since I was a nipper.
