    I've sent them an email because I keep getting the same problem. Have had one reply, which suggested a link to login, but had the same problem again, so have replied telling them this.

    Thank God I'm not the only one. Have been getting really frustrated with the sun website especially as they have some good comps. Thought I was being dim:(
