Dishwasher problem

Moved house a month ago and took the dishwasher out of the old house. I didn't need it in the new house so have just sold it on Ebay.

The buyer collected it tonight but can't get the water to heat up. I'm really puzzled as it worked fine for me.

Does anyone know how this could happen? Can moving it cause this to occur? (They did tip it up to get it in the car so I wondered if there could be an air blockage).

Anyone any idea?

Could be that the heating element got broken in the transfer, or something silly like a wire or something is loose?!

Insufficient water flow rate into dishwasher will stop heater cutting in!
