Squizz - Yes I'm feeling much better thanks....still a bit wobbly at times but have just been out for a 4 mile walk - not something I could have contemplated last week.

The sun was glorious out there today - forgot my sun cream tho so didn't dare take my cardi off, could do without the dreaded heat/sun rash.
Got some strawberry plants to sort out later but need another cup of tea before I do anything else.
Branston beans are on offer in Lidl at £1 for 4 tins if anyone's keen on them - we love them so just loaded the whizzy wheels up with 16 tins
Glad you're feeling better.
Do you know any good cures/ preventions for sun rash? Mr S gets it really badly

If anyone is in touch with elfen can you please pass on a message for me?
Katsu has asked me to contact elfen and ask her to send a text as she doesn't have elfen's number and she can then save the text and get in touch with her. Will keep my eye open and pop in and out to see if she comes online, but in the meantime, I'll be grateful for any help. Thanks a million

Sorry Bookworm-don't have a number for Elfen,I'm sure she'll be on here later....
Right,no luck talking to HMRC re Corp tax, however, have been into town and collected dry cleaning, shoes from menders, necklace from Jewellers/menders, got euros for DD,new kettle from Argos (and a cheeky little water slide as forecast good for the weekend;)),Swarfega from Halfords and a load of carp I didn't really need from pound shop!
Now just about to tackle (another) ironing mountain....ooh, and (Suze, don't read this, you'll have a fit of the collywobbles)exciting news-DH has been asked if he wants to buy into a syndicate flying a Beech Baron out of Biggin Hill..they say if he is interested,we can go to Biggin next week to view it,and nip over to Le Touquet for lunch and to talk turkey...

OK now I'm scared, and on the verge of a breakdown I think. Just trying to pull together all our finances and have basically figured out that we have less than no money left over after rent and bills and food are paid for. And that's before I even start on paying off the rest of my credit card and overdraft. And whats even more depressing is that my wages for the last 3 paydays (paid weekly) amount to less than £130.
And no one wants to give me a job

Thats what I've been trying to put together, its made me want to cry. Its made me realise how little I actually pay for in this house, how all the bills except the food fall to my OH as I earn so little. I think its time to go all out to try & find a new job, but I'm really scared its all going to go very wrong very quickly

hi elfen, did you get the PM I sent to you on here? If not, please can you text Katsu as she doesn't have your phone number and will save it from the text.....
She's at work so may not be able to get back to you immediately but I'm sure she will be in touch asap.

It is scary when you start getting it all down on paper.. it's easy to say don't worry but you will get there, you are surrounded by experts in the matter (that's us :rotfl:) after all!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0
