Tesco's are running a Countdown to the World Cup, where there will be a grand draw at the end of the competition of two luxury holidays - one to Rome and the other to South Afrcia. HERE

1. The daily prize draws are open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the prize draw.
2. The daily draws will run for 32 days with the first prize draw opening at midnight GMT on 09/05/2010 and the last draw closing at 23:59 GMT on 10/05/2010. There will only be one prize and one prize winner each day. Each daily draw winner will be the first entrant drawn at random by an independent person from all entries made on that day (from midnight to 23:59) and will win the prize which has been advertised on that day (either a Pure Evoke Flow Digital Radio; Where The Wild Things Are Blu-ray and Sony Blu-ray player, HM4-EL Stella Artois Drink Cooler; Technika 22in 208 LCD Combi TV; a £100 Tesco gift card; a Toshiba L500-1XD Laptop; a Toshiba 32DV713 Combi TV; or an England Shirt signed by the senior men's football team). Entries without a valid email address cannot be accepted.
3. Each entry into the daily draws will be entered automatically into one grand prize draw. Entrants may be entered more than once into the grand prize draws and this will be dependent on the number of daily draws entered.
4. Daily winners will be notified via email within two weeks of the daily closing dates. Winners' names will be available two weeks after each closing date by emailing [EMAIL="countdown@cedarcom.co.uk"]countdown@cedarcom.co.uk[/EMAIL]. Grand prize winners will be notified within two weeks of the closing date. The South Africa prize winner will be the first entrant drawn from all the daily entrants. 5. Only one entry per person, per draw. No third party or bulk entries are permitted. If it becomes apparent that individuals are attempting to make multiple entries, for example by using multiple e-mail addresses, these entrants will be disqualified. No prizes will be awarded to these entrants.
6. The entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions. By entering, you agree to accept and be bound by the terms and conditions, including any additional terms that may be specific to the daily prize draw.
7. Responsibility cannot be accepted for incomplete, delayed, or corrupt entries or those not received for whatever reason. Proof of entering is not proof of receipt. Prizes must be accepted as offered. No cash alternatives to prizes will be offered and the prize is not transferable. No part or parts of the prizes may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions. If prizes are not claimed within 14 days of notification, or if winners are unable to take a prize for whatever reason, a redraw will take place.
8. Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances makes this necessary.
10. The winners may be required to take part in publicity resulting from this prize promotion.

Special terms and conditions for South African prize:
1) The prize must be taken between 5 September to 8 October, 1 November to 9 December 2010, 18 January to 11 February, 1 March to 21 April, 1 May to 31 May 2011. 2) Closing date for all entries is 23:59 on 10 June 2010. The prize is subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Prize partners take no responsibility for any inconvenience or disappointment caused due to the unavailability of flight seats, accommodation or any other components to the prize. 3) Domestic transfers, meals other than stated, spending money and additional expenses are not included. 4) Visas, passports and inoculations are the responsibility of the winner. Travel insurance must be arranged by the winner before travel. 5) Flights cannot be rerouted, transferred, upgraded or refunded, or exchanged for any other prize. Skywards Miles cannot be accrued when travelling on these tickets.
Special terms and conditions for Italian prize:
1) The prize includes a two-night break for two at Royal Demeure's Hotel d’Inghilterra in Rome on a bed and breakfast basis; and return economy flights from London Heathrow or Gatwick to Rome. 2). Closing date for all entries is 23:59 on 10 June 2010. 3) Break must be taken by 15 December 2010, excluding Bank holiday weekends and is subject to availability. 4) The prize does not include travel insurance, travel to/from airports in London and Rome, additional meals and beverages or spending money.
