Is rightmove website up to date?

Saw a property yesterday and it was under offer and it seems to be back on right move and on the EA website. Is there any way to know whether it is back on the market and for what reason? Do not want to ring EA as they were rude to me last time? Might get a friend to ring EA. This is the property.

Also had second viewing on a property in the same road and increase my offer by 2k, have yet to hear from EA. They had 4 viewings, property camce on the market last wednesday and they had no offers but are having more viewings this w/e. Against everybody's advice and hubby, I started my offer at 295k when hubby wants me to offer at 290k, now he says the seller wants more and I do not have much to play with. The reason I did that is the EA told me 295k is the lowest offer, seller will consider. He does not want to up the offer and therefore might consider this one who is on the market for nearly 5k less. I did view this property but as they had lodgers, it was not that well presented and it has a massive conservatory if you like those sort of things. I was not impressed and did not make an offer, but hubby likes the outside and I guess, you could spend some money to refurbish. I know somebody will advise going bit by bit £500 at a time. I guess if she does not accept I am prepared to look elsewhere as I think I am in a very strong positon. Thanks

From past experience i wouldn't go on Rightmove to be 100% accurate. When we were looking at houses we wanted to see one and phoned the estate agency. They set up a viewing. When we got to the house there was no one in. Phoned the agency back and they said that another agent had sold it and that they had not been advised about it.
We eventually just got on really well with a couple of the estate agents - they started calling before the listings went up. "Never save something for a special occasion. Every day in your life is a special occasion". _party_0 -

Thanks, very strange, some houses are listed on the website address you gave me but it is not when I check their website through rightmove by clicking "about agent". It's just the EA told me about a house on the market for 329k, it's well above my budget and I could not find the details anywhere on rightmove. He got annoy when I did not want to view. To-night I have been able to with the website address you gave me.0
