Rude, rude, rude ,oh and could I add jumped-up and ignorant!

The short version is that despite buying a car from them etc,I have had rude and bad service from them twice before. My husband asked me to use them to get a repair done ,as he thought it better to use the main dealer. It turns out that they no longer have a workshop in derby.on the first call they seemed to be offering a top class service,so keen to tell me they would deal with it all and arrange the loan car. Finally after being phoned twice more I was asked to send a photo of the damage by email. As I am not of the techy generation ,I said I couldn't do this, his attitude them became annoyed and said he would send someone out (chesterfield i believe).subsequently they

Ignored all my insurance companies phone calls.

I would not touch this place with a bargepole now,and others have told me they will only use nottingham. My review.

I shall put the above comments down to...the fact you have not spoken to them yourself. I have no doubt that others will come along and vindicate what I have said in my review of stratstone mini derby,or try ringing them and asking where they do accident repairs.
