Cut a long story short.
Finished temp work on 5th May and was paid WTC of £61 on the day before.
5th May i phone JSA and make a rapid reclaim this they did over phone and put me on hold while they contacted WTC to explain change of circs.
Was told to expect 4 week run on and to attend jobcentre on 19th may..
Today i checked bank and i have had £187.67 put in my bank today by WTC..
I have not had a letter about it and that amount by my reckoning is 3 weeks run on...Or are they counting the payment i got on the 4thmay the day before i left work???
All very confusing... Tried to ring them but it will come as no surprise i cant get through....... Is this how they normaly pay a run on...Very quick but no paperwork at all...
Any views ideas on the mysterious WTC system ? Tilly

When you end work, you get a four week run on. Depending on the dates of your payments and how long you take to inform them that your work has ended, this could be exactly 4 weeks money, or less if you have already "had some" of this money as part of your regular payments. It will either be paid to you in a lump sum directly, or by manual payment.0
