Hypothetical question about airlines and the volcanic ash
dangers
We are due to go on holiday the week after next - flying to Toulouse.
IF the volcanic ash is still closing airports and flights are being cancelled, we can catch a ferry and then drive down. I understand that if Easyjet cancel our flight out, then they refund us, but I don't know what happens to the return portion - do we just lose the money or are we within our rights to ask for that money back as well as we will have had to make alternative arrangements?
I hope this all makes sense and any replies would be appreciated.:D

hi, hope it all goes ok for you. Our experience of easyjet was basically rubbish. no duty of care when left in egypt. They will refund the return journey back onto your card.0
