how do I report suspected fraud on ebay

I am currently trying to get refund on undelivered laptop and left a neg feed back for seller as he as ignored all attempts to contact him, I opened a dispute and he did not reply put posted a neg feed back on me ........cheek.

He is listed as private seller now claiming in feed back he is middle man, also he has "sold" same or similar laptop before and not sent and ignored emails from that seller who left neg feed back on him after mine ..............contact number does not connect and name listed for ebay is different the paypal name and name given for items he buys.

I have tried to find a way of reporting this to ebay but cannot find anything.

Should I contact police.

Have you escalated the dispute? How did you pay?

Have you left him a neg?

done all of that but want to ensure that he does not do it to a 3rd person paid via pp with cc but gonna take at least another 2/3 weeks before I can claim back on cc and pp will only give £120 minus a £15 fee. Should I report it to the police.

the seller involved is no longer an ebay member - will this effect my claim for reimbursement via paypal? dont know if he was pushed or went of own accord as caught out as being a fraud.

If your credit card co. is going to help, you will probably be ok.

As you're not going through the paypal claim route then the fact that he is NARU shouldn't affect you further.
