Hi, apologies to begin with, if this is the wrong place to post. The following choice is a hotel that is a Thomson own and I do need the package option opposed to booking flights and then hotel, as I want the childrens clubs and rep contact over there and do not want to pay additional for the childrens club when out there, so do not want to break it down into flights then adding hotel etc for booking. However, just wondered if there is anything I can do to make the cost any cheaper, given that I am only able to use the Thomson operator?Hope this makes sense, and have listed my quote: Flight + Hotel: £2,224.00 Sub-Total: £2,224.00 web saving: £280.00
Total: £1,944.00
Flights
Destination: Majorca
Resort: Cala Bona
Duration: 10 nights
Board Basis: Self Catering 2 Adults 2 children (>2)
Many thanks for any advice

Try trip advisor to see if any other company does a similar hotel at a better price.0

The Bonaire is brilliant and you get good value as the apartments are spacious, the campus is clean, the reps are fantastic (up to 26 onsite during the day!). I've never met more accommodating staff either.
Children up to 16 are catered for with activities all included in the cost. (pay a few euros for evening children events - besides those on the stage like movie night etc... and there's a brilliant creche).
If you push it on a few days you'll get out of the school holidays and that could be cheaper, or if you can travel from another airport as Gatwick is the most expensive option. (we go from Luton or B'ham)0 -
Hi,
You can book Thomson hotels as accomodation only and still get all the facilities, clubs etc. For the dates you put in the hotel is £814 for a one bed apartment. Flights from Gatwick with easyjet range from £371 for all 4 of you on the worst flight times to £655 to some in the middle of the day. There are also options from Stansted and Luton. These do not include baggage or priority boarding. So even with the most expensive flights this adds up to £1469 excluding transfers. HTH0 -
In theory yes, but friends did the accommodation only and because the kids clubs were very busy they didn't get places, as priority went to those on the package deal. You'll need to find a good deal for transfers as it's over an hour away from the airport. We also have threatening ash problems possibly continuing into the summer.
I hope you get a deal you're happy with0 -
Thomson quite often have the Bonaire on special offer as accommodation only outside peak season. This May they had dates at £10 per room per night.0
