Right, apologies to you all but I am a bit new to all this. Can someone please explain the rules, is it just cash that you haven't budgeted already so my petrol, groceries, school shoes for the kids (which falls into my 'other' category in my budget) - I take it I don't include these?

I only count things that are not already budgeted. Others do it differently, this is why the weekly budgets vary so much, hope to see you on this weeks thread (see pointypenguins last post)
