I too have experienced the same problem. I go in through the Egg money manager and have not been able to access the access since yesterday.

However makes me feel a little better to know it may be a generac problem as opposed to a me specific one.

I'm using accountunity which is the same software as egg and first direct use.
When attempting to log on to Nationwide it gets as far as entering the first of the required 3 digits of my online PIN. I then need to enter the next two manually and the login proceeds ok.
Has only been like this since yesterday.

I wouldn't trust my best mate with my logon details, let alone egg.

I have logged onto Nationwide ok though, so it works for me.

Is there a reason why you are trying to access a bank site through a 3rd party? Or am I misunderstanding what you are saying? If I've got it right, this sounds very risky to me.
