£15 Cahback for changing supplier ??
Hi all
I have just changed my electric supplier via the link on MSE web site, which give £15 cashback. So far I have had no indication as to how or the fact they are gong to give a £15 cashback.
Could someone tell me how this happens or where I have gone wrong

A cheque is normally sent out at some point after your first payment is received by your new supplier. It can sometimes take a couple of months.
You might find the following note towards the bottom of the initial e-mail you were sent from the energy helpline: "NB. Any special offers will be redeemed or paid once your switch has gone live with your new supplier."0 -
Thanks for that, its in the small print riight at the bottom
Cheers
