Wonder if a board guide could move the b and q posts to a separate thread. Not trying to be awkward but clicked on last post for the Thompson and Morgan plants offer and hadn't a clue what was being talked about. Had to go back a few posts to find out.

Same here. I received the summer bedding deal last week which I had ordered in April and was very disappointed. Still no sign of the Chelsea Flower Show offer tho!

As others have said, the money was taken fast enough (and they were very quick to validate the cashback on TopCashback), and the free pack of seeds came yesterday, but no sign of the plants yet, which is a pain as I want to finish off my baskets and pots

Rang them yesterday after no response to emails, found a geographical number on Say No to 8070, They have promised to refund money back onto credit card as still no sign of Chelsea Flower Show collection with May delivery, or the summer Borderss Collection or the 2nd £4.99 Chelsea flower Show, or the 30 Giant Fuchsia.
Was told the first CSFC was being processed and packed in Jersey as we speak, but had been told that the previous week, so said I was not willing to accept it.
They said it couldn't be stopped, but should still get it and the refund.... watch this space,

Going by the size of the plants and their root systems, I have a feeling they may have taken cuttings from mother plants and rooted them, to order, it's the only explanation I can think of for the delay in dispatching.

I'm still waiting on 2 chelsea flower Show packs, I ordered @ £4.99 each, I got £1.20 Quidco + free delivery, so if they give £10 vouchers with each pack as advertised, they loose money. I'm wondering if they will come at all.

Got a feeling all of us putting our heads together have completely flummoxed them LOL, consumer revenge at its best.:T :T :T

Canceled my Chelsea collection, delivery for May and still waiting, told yesterday not even ready to go out. They have sent some. But majority not ready to go out. Made my displeasure well known!
