    I agree with the op and that is why everything is clearly set out in our house details. Any potential buyer can see anything they need to know like the ground rent, service charge, make of units etc

    Airy fairy doesn`t sell houses and I think some properties sell in spite of the estate agents. Having said that, our EA is doing a fantastic job, otherwise we wouldn`t be employing them, so they aren`t all bad
