I have created my fist e-shop and have submitted the shop to a number of search engines. The name of the shop appears in a search but no products. When I run a site report on the site I get these errors: Keywords No Meta Tag found Description No Meta Tag found

How and where do I install these tags.

I have looked at the oscommerce forum and gone round in circles trying to install the Header Tags Controller.

Yeah, it seems you kinda need the header tags controller to do it. I've had a look at our files on the ftp server but cant see how to add them manually.

Right done a wee bit more digging and the file you need to update is found at:

includes/languages/english/header_tags.php

If you just want generic meta tags update this item

define('HEAD_TITLE_TAG_ALL', STORE_NAME);
define('HEAD_DESC_TAG_ALL','Description Goes Here');
define('HEAD_KEY_TAG_ALL','Keywords go here');

Otherwise, every page you have appears below it and you can change them manually that way.
