I would contact them by recorded mail and ask for which vehicle this was. Make clear that you do not and have never owned a vehicle and ask them to explain why it is you they are contacting. If they are chasing a debt in someone elses name but asking you for the cash be cause you lived at the same address as the cars registered keeper at the time.
