My partner has to cut his hours down at work due to my ill health he has been offered 15 hours per week,Will we be able to claim income support ?Thanks for reading :)

    As you can see i am new to using message boards so please forgive me if i dont get it right , i wasnt sure how to add to my old message
    Maybe it would have been more productive to add to my old post ,but i have asked for some genuine advice and all i have recieved is a sarcastic comment from you !!Thanks very very helpful

    Re. IS, under 15 hrs is the requirement for consideration, but ti depends on how much he earns, savings etc.

    Why don't you try entitledto, as you can enter all the relevent info and receive an answer.
    I ave a dodgy H, so sometimes I will sound dead common, on occasion dead stupid and rarely, pig ignorant. Sometimes I may be these things, but I will always blame it on my dodgy H.

    Sorry, I'm a bit of a grumble weed today, no offence intended ... well it might be, but I'll be sorry.
