I had my cashback reduced to 0.5% in August, but on the Jan bill I noticed it has gone back upto 1%.

Mine was never reduced
So does it say the amount of cashback earned on your statements ? Because on mine it does not state anything.0 -
Yeah, my statements have always said the amount earned up to date and the amount earned this month.
Some people didnt get theirs reduced, dunno why some did and some didnt. I got a letter saying they would reduce from Aug.0
