Telephone referral company

Back in January(?), on recommendation of MSE, I signed up for a new Talktalk telephone (& broadband) contract via the referral company given here. I was promised a cheque equivalent to the new line installation fee after three months. All arrangements were conducted by phone. How time flies. I cannot remember the name of the company, their telephone number, the contact that I spoke to and haven't received their cheque, either. Any one else? Martin/webmaster probably has/have the records from that web page with the company name? Suggestions welcomed.
