Happy in that you felt you had got 2/3rds of one over on the !!!!!! who had given you the detention.:D (You could get on and finish your home work when you had recovered from wrist cramp).
Does school detention, let alone writing lines, still exist?
You kidding! hehe, School dentetions are attended by the masses still( I know as my younger sis keeps getting them for talking) Break-time, Lunch & after-school. I dont know if places get you to write lines anymore I used to be at boarding school & was once asked in an After-school detention at high school, though they never asked me to write them again after the response. They were giving out cruddy little workbooks for you to do about correcting your behaviour or sometimes they just tried to make you sit in silence for 90 mins as I was leaving in 2005.
We were also made to wear plimpsoles (think that is spelt wrong) if we came to school in trainers, if they didnt have the right size you would go round in your socks for the day!

(Sorry I can't post links yet, but it's condition 5d), "Only one claim per household allowed. No third party claims will be accepted"
So it looks to me like you can only claim one £10, although that's still not bad for a £3 spend plus postage..
Yeah but if you can put 10 pens in one claim package, then surely you'll receive £100, as it's £10 per claim and there's nowhere in t&c's that say you need ten receipts 'cos a pack contains 10, so I'm guessing you can send all 10. Hopefully somebody who has contacted them can confirm or shed some light... & it's still not clear whether an individual can claim 10, so it all depends on this.0 -

True, if they let you send all ten in in one go you would get £100 (and would be worth it even if you had to buy 10 packs), I was more meaning to answer the suggestion that you could send one in every week/30 days. It would be great If we could send in ten though - fingers crossed!0 -
this has just confused me too much..ill stick to my pack of 10 for 29p from home bargains
at uni most work has to be word processed anyway

Just seen these promotional packs in Staples on BOGOF offer at £2.49.
Also, they have a thing going whereby you take in an old pencil case (with a few items in) to donate to an African charity and get a £1 voucher. You could therefore get 20 bics for £1.49 and have two promotional packs to claim the refunds on (+ do your bit for charity). I can't quite work out if this would be up to £20 back or £200 though.0 -

I think you have to send the receipt with your claim so you would need 2 receipts, but obviously this would not be BOGOF.2020

Well... Pen, claim form, receipt and packaging are all set to go. Will post tomorrow morning. Wonder how long it'll take before I get anything back from Bic. I can't see them rushing.0

Got some pens for work yesterday so liberated one, the receipt and the packet and have begun 'crayoning'It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.
