Lack of Billing - BG
I'm with BG using energysmart, been very happy up until recently. I'd noticed that I'd not had a bill since February. I called last month and it was explained that both electric and gas had been held back on their system in error and would be manually pushed through. I got my gas bill, thankfully I'd paid just enough however I still haven't had an electric bill. May's due date has come and gone so I've emailed them again. I'm desperate to know I'm still in credit!
Has anybody else experienced this problem?
I'm finding it very annoying especially as I go to the trouble to submitting weekly readings to make sure I keep on top of usage and review my DD each month to make sure I don't find myself in debt.

Still curious to know if others have experienced a lack of billing?
Despite working it out for myself, I still like things confirmed so I am still desperate to have my bill!0
