any advice

has anyone had a provisonal tax credits award 2010/2011 i recieved it yesterday and today had a letter from b &c compliance operations asking to prove my eldest is at college and mine and my sons dla award etc and proof what does that mean ?...havent a clue

  • Letter from the college stating that your son attends full time, and the details of the course he does. Common practice - they'll have been asked for it loads of times. And the DLA - you would have recieved a letter stating the type of DLA your child is on - send that in. Compliance do however have access to the DWP database for DLA so if you dont provide, they can launch an investigation themselves.
