I tried the timer swtich last year, it didn't last long I am afraid. It was like a very loud clock, tick tock ,all night, or rather click click.
See if you can hear the timer first!!!0 -
I have a Lumie clock, just the basic model, think it was £60? The light is the same on all of them.
It's fantastic ... couldn't do without it over the winter.Gone ... or have I?0 -
Anyone with SAD thinking about using one of these Dawn simulator lights or even a sadlightbox, should be aware that these only treat the symptoms and do not deal with the cause of the problem.
If you want to fix the cause of seasonal depression which arises from low vitamin d status in the Winter you need to supplement with an effective amount of vitamin d3 rather than just treating the symptoms with light therapy. My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program
