I have one of these - wouldn't be without, now! Boots have them, by the way (probably larger branches and online).[0

I had one of these from ages back. Sold it recently on ebay! It came from a company called "Outside In". I'm sure they have a website. If you type that into Google you'll probably get it. Or try e bay.MTC NMP Membership #62 - made it back to size 12 after my children & I'm staying here!0

I git one from boots & fortunately kept the receipt as I never woke up with it! Think you haveto have a really dark bedroom for it to work if that is any help?Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

May I offer a cheaper alternative. I sleep with the curtains open all night, does the same job for free.0

true, but in the depths of winter up here in Scotland I would be late for work!!
i got the lumie clock via Boots on line, last year, it was just fantastic. I am sure that it will only be a matter of time before I use it again(hopefully not for months yet!!)0 -
Lumie seems to be the most popular brand... and probably easiest to get hold of bulbs when you need them. They have 3 models... have a look at their website. I'm looking to buy one too and just wondering if the light effect for all 3 models are the same? anyone knows? Is it just the additional functions like snooze, radio etc that makes the higher end model more expensive? thanks0

I wanna buy the above clock, which is one of those for sad sufferers. They simulate the natural daybreak and play natural sounds at you Ah. Any ideas. Have found bodykind at £119 but was hoping to get it down a bit?0

Hi there
I have a wee table lamp on my dressing table and have it plugged into a timer, I set for 15 mins before the alarm. Not as gentle but a whole lot cheaper.

Try this old post. Looks of information about these clocks. I have one by the way and found it didn't make that much difference to me. Makes a nice bedside lamp though as you can adjust the light.0
