ty for all your help as in my last post, i contacted them again about doing it without other parties involved but no can do, same woman.I spoke too saying their dept ie homeowner loan dept wasnt regulated by the f o s till 15th jan 2005, So waiting on forms from the FOS, they are adamant that capital one was regulated in 2001. So i,m very hopeful of geting a refund, it just shows you how devious these companies are trying to get you on the slightest thing not too pay you0

i know what you meen, they will try anything to get out of paying.
