    It's slow on the uptake by the way. Paragon appear to be doing well, but after 2 years effectively doing credit control the arrears figures are not a surprise really.
    Set your goals high, and don't stop till you get there.

    Does he actually own it yet? Only told us offer had been accepted. Anything could have happened since. Took me 5 months to go from offer accepted to actually owning.

    Well, I thought it reasonable to ask, considering your all gunning for him and it was only max of 2 weeks ago we heard of an offer being accepted.

    And why wouldn't be buy a 3rd one if he was so sure it would be worth less in the future, gaurenteed.
