i remember some of the same pathetic individuals that are participating in this Hamish stalking were the same ones that were claiming that they were 'bullied' and being 'picked on' when someone dared tell them they were wrong about the nonsense they post...

look at them now... pathetic hypocrites...

Love how the bulls ask others here to prove it and love to pick apart other's circumstances, then complain when it gets done to them.

Excellent post Hamish. I love the magnanimity of the bears - stomping their feet and shouting "Sooo unfair!" when they have (yet again) been caught out !

    Keep up the good work

sorry !!!!!! there was no question in my post...

btw who the fork are these bulls that you speak about. i don't know of any apart from the ones that live in your tiny warped childish little mind...

but anyway let's get back on topic...

Paragon have a very low rate of arrears contrary to the 'anecdotals' that 'people' tell us on here.

and don't forget that Paragon have got back into the BTL business because there is a market to fund property purchases by investors...

i know it's not what people like to hear and accept but it's real and a fact so get over it instead of trying to derail the thread.

<chucky scratches chin> yes i'd forgotten that you were buying one at 40% off asking price and selling one of your existing ones at over asking price after receiving multiple bids... <chucky scratches chin>

    trying to derail threads

Really? All this "derailing" stuff only happened since you popped back in. Purely coincidental I'm sure.

Maybe you could call me a hypocrite in response?

    Anyway, enjoy yerself.

It was just a general observation based on the past few days dearie. Do try and keep up or stay away permanently. TTFN.

oh i've kept up but you seem to be a bit low on the uptake so let me start again because you seem to have been educated at the
    Devonian Institute of Ignorance...

who are these bulls and bears you have in your imaginary world...

    and

Paragon look to be doing quite well for themslves - how do you explain the low level of arrears and why do you think that there is demand for investing in property...
