Praise for Tripp Luggage

In December (approx) I ordered a suitcase from Debenhams Tripp. When it arrived it was smaller than I thought it would be. My OH said they don't make suitcases any bigger anymore so I left it.

Now that its edging closer to my holiday, I realised I would need a suitcase much bigger to fit everything in! So I emailled Debenhams (who advised me that as it's a concession, they send orders directly) then Tripp directly (I wasn't expecting an exchange considering the amount of time it had taken me to actually contact them inthe first place!) who called me the next day saying I could exchange for something else and they will also contact my local Debenhams to advise them that I would be coming in!

I went into the store on Thursday and the advisor was so helpful! When i got there she was advising another couple but she still came over every now and then and apologised for keeping me waiting. She helped me pick out the correct suitcase and I left one very happy customer. (It was only £39 as well in the Debenhams summer sale)
