You've recieved the ESA50 now because JCP have decided that it's time to refer you for another WCA medical. If you need to go for a medical, ATOS will contact you asap to arrange an appointment.

    Hi,
I received an ESA50 form only 9 months after filling in my last one. I got myself into a right state as I had only just got over my last medical 6 months ago. Anyway I filled it in, stapled loads of supporting info such as recent letters, retirement stuff etc and sent it back. A week later (yes a week later) I got my decision. No medical and still in Support group and now have two years before reassessment. So just because you are having to fill in the form again does not mean that you will have to attend an incredibly stressful medical. Hopefully it will be the same for you and that yours will be dealt with as efficiently as mine!
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

DLA awards have no nearing on ESA claims, people like myself on HRC used to be exempt from IB50s while claiming incapacity or in my case invalidity but thats been removed for ESA.
