Car Leasing

6 months is a tough one for leasing - you might need to find a company that's offering someone else's 3 year lease for it's last 6 months.
Alternatively give a few of the big hire companies (Europcar, Hertz, Avis, etc) a call, most of them have special rates for 1 month+ hires.0 -
The mad one here...
Yes, 6 months is tough.
Unless you pay through the nose.
You really have to be realistic. How can any finance company make money on a new car, 6 months into its depreciation, with just the margin on 6 monthly payments to cover it?
Their fixed costs are the same as a 2 or 3 year contract and with the current financial situation, risks have to be covered.
In the same way, how could you buy a new or newish car for cash, sell it in 6 months and not lose a fortune? I am afraid, without a big Initial Rental or massive monthly payments, or a sensible time scale to amortise the cost over... you're dreaming. May as well be honest
I agree - you are mainly into daily hire rates.
