Boots Kitchen Appliances- Not Happy!

Still haven't had the money and getting very worried now. I have just been looking for Boots Kitchen Appliances on google and have found that this has happened to a lot of people and some have waited a lot longer than us to get their money back. It has also happened with Sainbury's Kitchen Appliances (also ran by DRL limited). I'm starting to think that this wasn't a mistake due to general incompetence but that they do it intentionally to gain the interest from the having people's cash for weeks on end. Since my last post we have been promised that the money would be returned within 48hrs - that was 4 days ago. That's about 6 phones calls now and over 1hr on the phone to an 0870 no.

Do I take it that you haven't written to a Director yet? I wouldn't waste my time with the people at the bottom and frankly, if you do, you deserve what you get. :rolleyes: Go straight to the top. !!!!!! rolls downhill. I would have written one single letter. No phone calls, nothing else. Try the link I gave you, above.

My girlfriend has written to the MD of DRL Ltd. I think we may write to the MD of Boots too. Still no money back.

I would be happy if they would give me my fridge, which is still advertised on site. have now waited 6 weeks instead of the 2 they promised. as you can tell I,m not being unreasonable and understand these things can happen, but AAAARRRRGGGGGHHHH !!!!:mad: :mad: :mad:
