Hi
got a printer in August 2009, still have receipt, it was printing okay until last couple of days, had a problem that the blue ink will not dispense despite doing several cleans and I then changed the cartridge thinking it was the cartridge, but no joy, I am able to take it back to Argos and see if they can do something? quite bad timing as the other printer has gone on the blink and I make cards to sell

Yes I would have said so. Printers should last a lot longer than that (I had a Canon all-in-one that lasted 6 years before it conked out).
What make was it by the way? Just out of curiosity0 -
You will need to use the warranty.
As you use it in the course of a business the SOGA wont apply and hence Argos will likely refer you to manufacturer for a warranty repair.0 -

epsom sx200. also have the dx4450 and the yellow has stopped on that as well but that is well over the 1 year old so chucking that., had that up for sale as well, oh well!

well went and they have exchanged for another printer, the one that I bought was discontinued so gave me next model up for same price as old printer, especially as I bought new inks thinking it was the ink supply, cheer for Argos, should say that by chance it was the duty manger that served me. but have bought extra printer anyway, so very happy bunny0
