MFI ADVICE - please

Hi all, I'm a new bod who has never posted anything on any website ever and hope that I am doing this right so please bear with me.
I have recently ordered a kitchen from MFI(total price £2500) and have paid a deposit of £600 on OH credit card. I know what you are thinking but it is 0% and we are waiting for money to come through from an investment which is expected at the beginning of November. Anyway to get back to the nitty gritty, a collegue of mine has just informed me that MFI may not be able to honour the order due to financial loses as reported in the Daily Mail today and suggested that I try to get my money back.
Does anybody have any advice as to where we stand, can we get a refund, are we covered by insurance on the credit card?
We are due to pay the balance next week inorder to have delivery 1st week in September
