I saw on the CAG forums someone i believe charged Barclays £12 a call for harassment and took it to court. It was more than just the harassment they had taken so they probably did it as personal charges for time as well. But they did win if i remember.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

Okay - FOS forwarded the complaint to Black Sheep on or before 14 May. Realistically, we can assume they would have received that when you received your letter and you clearly couldn't have posted before then.
8 weeks from then was last Friday. Allow two working days for the post (ignore the weekend) and that expires today.
Put the documentation together and write back to FOS saying you have not received a satisfactory response from the respondent so you would like FOS to investigate (don't forget the form).
Copy MH in and remind them that they are also subject to the jurisdiction of FOS and that you will make a complaint against them as well if they continue contacting you.0
