Stolen money

Have an hsbc instant saver with a card.
I been in hospital for three weeks just went to the cash point and my card was eaten, so start panicing as thats my cash to get the train home as I hate taking things into hospital incase they get stolen.
Walked to the Barbican in london for free wifi, and noticed £70 was withdrawn and then a futher 120 the week later clearing my account out.
I am going to have to sleep in the car by the looks tonight as no access to funds, and go in branch tomorrow (can not drive so need to get the train back, and my friend is picking the car up on Monday)
Will I get this money back tomorrow. It was taken from an ATM.

You may or may not get the cash back - probably yes, but it depends on what actually happened - but it certainly won't be tomorrow. It doesn't work that quick.0

That's not necessarily true. Some banks will put a temporary credit on to the account while they investigate. I know that Halifax will do this in certain circumstances, but no idea whether HSBC would.0 -

I remember doing my shopping online for xmas presents one year and went a bit mad on spending, but on one of many of the sites I used, someone obviously stole my details and used my details to pay for a return flight to Switzerland, not even on a budget airline it cost £675!!! but thats besides the point!
I rung them up and because the flights were booked from somewhere in London and I was not there on that day, and they investigated and found that the person booked the flights in there own name and I think caught when he went to board haha
but I had to wait 2 weeks from my date of complaint to get my money back, and that was on a debit card not credit card and with Lloyds TSB but I think the same applies and that is that they need to investigate whether you were able to deposit from that particular ATM at the time.
When they investigated my complaint thankfully I used an ATM at around 8am that morning before work, and then the flights were booked at 11am that day so I couldn't of been in London!
When you checked your account does it say where the ATM was?
I however wasn't offered money to cover my outgoings at the time but I did have all the charges refunded once it prooved it wasn't me who used my card.Credit Cards at 25/12/2017: £1297.36/17,936.78

How did someone get hold of the card AND PIN number?
Was it written down anywhere (even in code) if so the bank will hold you responsible and not refund you.0 -

This is not true. The Financial Ombudsman Service accepts that a discretely-hidden or coded reminder does not, alone, constitute negligence. The banks, however, do try to use this ploy to escape the provisions of the Payment Services Regulations 2009 which specify the duty of a bank in the case of fraudelent transactions (Regulation 61).
You may find this post helpful. Start the bank's complaints procedure, if necessary.
