Has anyone used this product? If you have I would like to know how long it takes to work and what condition is leaves your hair in also although it says it does, would it actually remove red colour? Thanks for any advice or opinions:)

I used this when my hair was very dark brown/black and it didn't work. I ended up going to the hairdresser. IMO it was a waste of money.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Woohoo! I'm normal! Gotta go tell the cat.0 -
i've used it quite simple took about 20 mins i think.
My hair was red and it took it back to the colour I had before which was more auburn.
Well worth it in my opinion.
Didn't seem to affect the condition of my hair0 -
Hi, Didn't work on my dark brown hair, it's still as dark. It took out my recent colour but not the build up of colour. It does say you can use it up to 3 times. But at £11 a go I'm not going to bother. It's probably easier to go to the hairdresser.0

I used it when I accidentally died my hair black - and it worked amazingly! For the sake of a tenner it's worth a try.

I think the general rule is that it only really works if your repairing a mistake which you made within the last 24 hours, anything longer and you risk bright orange!0

Thanks everyone:) I was just toying with the idea, I actually like my hair as it is (dark medium brown with a hint of red) just thought if I could get it back to natural I could then redye it and loose the red totally, I would have to redye cos I dont like the bit of grey I have, reading these posts I'm not sure it would work to well on me, I've been dying my hair since I was 9:eek:and it was only about 4 or 5 years ago I was blonde and I have a lot of long wavy hair, oh well it was just an idea, it would of been very very strange to see my natural colour after all these years;)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0

9 years old!! Wow!
You can still get it back to irs original colour, but I'd go to a salon first, they'd strip the colour from your hair- but if its been dyed alot over the years (so has colour build up) they'd also be stripping your natural colour too as the dye and the natural colour will have sort of settled? so they'd bring you back to a blonde and then redye to make it darker (same as your natural colour?). It can cost quite a bit though so either see if there are any academys near you or search for 'models required' signs in salons.0 -

Yep, at 9 years old my clever mother decided I'd look better blonde:eek:and so followed years of taking out any problems on my poor hair:(However, we made it through;)I'm very close to my natural colour (minus grey) now so I think I'll leave it, I just had a mad whim last night, I would always need to dye it anyway because of the grey:)Thank you for this site MartinThe time for change has comeGood luck for the future0 -
