i'm having problems with new turbo lister any suggestions ? ?

i downloaded the new turbo lister a while ago... but still carried on using the old version....today i have gone to use the new one....and i keep on getting a box coming up saying that i have performed an ilegal operation.....it comes up in minutes of me opeing the new turbo lister....and then once you click the x button at the top... the whole lot shuts down.....is it because i still have the old turbo lister on my computer... or do i need to adjust my computer settings or something ? i am not a computer whizz kid....so have no idea why this is happening ....

any suggestions.....thanks....

Have you tried to program update TL recently? Ebay issues updates almost daily and as it has been awhile since you installed it it may need updating. This can be done from the tools menu.

The version I have is 5.1.100.3 (beta version), you can check the version from the help menu, then about turbo lister.

delete both versions then just reinstall the new version

hi, i'm having problems too. i tried to upload last night and it prompted error. having tried so many times, i just gave up and remove the whole program after i noticed that turbo lister had an updated version.

downloaded the new version today and it won't let me set up the program. after agreeing to the agreement, it's onto the entering customer information and it won't let me click on "next". i can either go "back" to the agreement or "cancel". i'm at the end of my wits!

can anyone help? is anyone having the same problems?

hi.. well thanks for the advice..... just to let people know in the end....i swopped computers with my kids...(had a computer given to them.... a while back..) ..and down loaded turbo lister 2... and other bits that i needed, and everything was fine then.... so there must have been a programme error... or gremlins in my computer... so now the kids are totally wipping everything out on the other computer.. and re- installing windows etc... their only 10 and 11... and they know what to do....

but i have heard a lot of people.. having trouble with the new turbo lister.....

i ave managed to use it and place stuff on ebay.....does anyone know how to enable a counter on the listing... as at mo.. i dont know how many people have hit my listings...
