thor, if you want HD from freeview it is already available in some areas however the tv or box you use would have to have a Freeview HD tuner built in.0

I better check my tv manual.
Would it be too much to expect a HD tv with built in freeview to have a HD tuner as well?
sammi22, Do you mean freesat as in your post #1 ?Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. Unless you bought your TV this year it's unlikely to have a Feeview HD tuner built in. This is what the 'Ready' means in 'HD Ready' - you can plug a box into it and it'll display HD.0
