Followed Martins step by step to reclaim PPI from M&SMoney filled in Martins Questionaire - printed it and sent off to M&S, they have sent letter with their print of questionaire and have asked me to complete their form before processing? Anyone else had this from them & do I have to do it again. They will not have any contact by phone only post, so when I queried why the form I sent wasnot being used ,I was told to write and ask them, all communication to them has to be done by post!

Hi there
In my personal opinion, I would write back and tell them the Questionnaire recently by the Financial ombudsman service (FOS) as sent should be efficient enough in order for them to investigate.
Make them aware the FOS have covered all they need to know on the Questionnaire you have already sent.
It maybe just one of their stalling tactics.
I would also be inclined to contact the FOS on this and ask them to write to them on your behalf, due to this.;)

Tell them they are ignoring their (FOS) questionnaire and expect you to complete one of their own, I'm sure the FOS will have something to say about that.

Been in touch with FOS today, they said every company has different ways of dealing with process, but they are entitled to use their own forms if they prefer - I explained there was no difference except at bottom of M&S MONEY forms, is just that M&S MONEY! Anyway he took brief details of my claim, as he said I would probably be back in touch with them and gave me a reference number - talk about making me feel deflated!! I also sent an e-mail to M&S customer service dept, asking if someone from Customer Relations Team would ring me, or e-mail me back with an explanation as to why I have to fill in the exact same forms again, that was Friday, no reply as yet except an automated reply that said due to increase in enquiries that could not reply in the 48 hr limit - Perhaps everyone is complaining about duplicate forms?!!!:(0

Hi there
Its very silly isn't it?
You would think they would accept questionnaires issued by the FOS especially - how annoying!
They all do anything to stall!!!
Good luck with this. The one and only "Dizzy Di"
