Hi ElasticKorma (sorry i dont see your real name!),
I'm Graeme, I work for hungryhouse.
Our policy with restaurants is that they have to offer the same meal deals and discounts to customers who order online as those who order over the phone. Every now and then we will hear that a restaurant has introduced new offers and not told us about them, but this is where we have to rely on our customers with their on the ground knowledge to help spot the problem...
If you know of an offer that's available direct, but not on hungryhouse, please do email in to our customer care team to let us know. We then get in touch with the restaurant to make sure their menu is fully up-to-date with the latest takeaway delivery prices, deals and discounts.
A really easy way to do this is to go to the bottom of the restaurant's menu page, and click on the "report a problem" link. Your message will then be attached to the correct restaurant to make it really easy for us to know who it is that you've found the problem with.
Obviously, we want the prices for online orders to be the same (or better, even!) than over-the-phone, because we want our customers to be able to trust that they can stick with us and know they're getting the best deal available.
Thanks for bringing this to everyone's attention - with your (and anyone reading's) help, we'll be sort it out.
Graeme

For example, quite a few restaurants in my area offer £5 off when you spend £25 or free drinks when you spend over £15. Its always worth checking the sites for the reviews then ringing the restaurant to enquire. Hope this helps somebody.0 -
Hi Graeme,
I would love to help out HungryHouse and be your informant but I am afraid HungryHouse are not in my good books at the moment. Time and time again I receive emails stating that if I go to facebook and click "like" I will receive a money off code towards my order. Highly unfair on those of us who do not use these social networks. I understand that using facebook will help advertise your company, boosting your custom and such but I used hungryhouse regularly and left reviews. I also recommended to friends but I didn't get rewarded with money off codes. I have contacted Hungryhouse regarding this but no reply, which shows just how much my custom was appreciated.hungryhouse wrote: »Hi ElasticKorma (sorry i dont see your real name!),

There doesn't seem to be very many delivery services that offer to my postcode
On HH none, on Just Eat, only one. Well I'll probably just have the free pizza I got the other night anyway!

Thanks
The Just-eat code went through fine
Question - If that's ok?
I've just paid less than I should due to the voucher code, but will the take away company receive their money in full? Does Just-eat pay the difference? Thank you to everyone!

I suspect they share the discount cost.
