Auctioning4u & AutoQuake RIP OFF!!!

Hi I recently took my car in to autoquake to be sold.

The car wasnt in best condition I took it in roughly 2 weeks before the world cup final. It was put up on ebay for auction and only to be taken of 2 days before the auction was ending sayying that it had scartches, repair they had not shown.

It was finally put up ion ebday again monday after wolrd cup final.

in 7 days the car was sold. I had taken it to autoquake I didnt realise they shared office and I had given it to auctioning4u, I assumed they must be same company. Anyway the car was ment to bepicked up 2 weeks ago and it was.

Last week I still hadnt recived the money so I started calling them and I waas told I would be called back. on friday I phoned in the morning to be told I would be phoned back yet again. I wasnt so I phoned them and asked where my cheque was? he said he would phone back and did, and said they would post it out on friday night.

Monday morning I phoned again to ask if they had and the car boss said they would tonight but it wasnt due till thursday (yesterday)

Its FRIDAY and I ahvent recived my money and have been messed about for over 3 weeks!

Fustrated I called customer service yesterday of autoquake and was told to ring the branch. then she said that auctiong4u was seperate and they just did there car listing. She talked to the car boss and he would call me back.

Today I called customer service for auctioning4u and she said they dont sell cars. OMG you just sold mine!! she took my details yet again and said called the branch car boss but she would leave details for accounts department.

I called the branch just now and the guys said he would look at it and call me back.

so what can I do? can I report to police. small claims court? IM so confused I needed the money hence aution but now I think i should have sold it for less privately. :(

someone please helpppppp
