I am a freelancer as well but work through an umbrella company, who bill my clients and pay me a fixed salary + a variable sum every month depending on how much I worked.
Am I considered a self employed?
usually when I fill form I say that I am emplyed, hope it's gonna work when I get a mortgage.0 -
You are an employee of the umbrella company. The company admin people should be able to confirm basic salary and "bonus" payments to a mortgage company.
