hi everyone im new to this and not sure how to post a thread of my own. i really need some help, my ex partner owes 2000 for our son. he left me after been together for 5 yrs and got his new gf pregnant so says he doesnt have enough money to pay for my son now he has this other baby with his gf. i havnt had anything from him for 14mths after he went self employed to avoid the csa. he has a liability order on him for a debt of 2000 and has refused bailiffs basically just keeps give the csa the runaround but now he has gone back into employment and the csa have got his new wage details and have done a wkly calculation of £37 a wk he must pay.i rang the csa and they said they were in process of setting a deduction of earnings order so 40% of his wages will be taken as they have gave him enough chances to pay. they said they will send me a payment schedual through the post when it is done. the csa dont rush themselves its taken the 8 wks to do the calculation on his new wages details so does anybody no how long it will take them to set the deduction of earnings up ... i really do apologise for jumpin in on this thread,im not to good with these forums. if anybody has any info for me please could you let me no and i will be very greatful. thank you again x0
