:Anever missed a payment or had issue with studio til last year near christmas - ordered a £300 tv which despite me warning both studio and hdnl not to leave with neighbours was duly pinched. before it was credited another was debited and then cancelled, as some idiot felt they found another account (of somebody no-one has ever heard of ) linked with mine. my credit was withdrawn, then the £600 debited from my account plus the erroneous account alerted the credit dept who felt i was spending "beyond my means" and owed them cash. after the directors office assured me u wouldn't be responsible for the account realising it had nothing to do with mine, credited me and i could order again.
then another idiot in the credit dept again cancelled all my orders froze both my ordering AND online payment facility, charged me x £20 late fees and refuses to let me have my account back even though they know from hdnl one tv was stolen and from theur own dept. one was cancelled they are using the hike in my account as a reason ti block orders but i never ordered two tv's and didnt receive ANY! the directors office ordered a third different tv and this also is going against my account!. ive asked for proof, a letter was sent by said debt dept saying it enclised statements proof cca's etc. the account had my info. it didnt include ANYTHING but the one letter itself and the other letter didnt even have my name on!
they are ignoring my emails and being issued with a textphone a conversation would be a nightmare ! at present they owe me for incorrect and broken items, wont let me pay and still keep charging me whilst ignoring every legal clause imaginable. they cant do this studio is the only account i have! i rely on delivery and cannot get past them. now even though they know i have textphone web edition they continually ring my pda day and night who do i email?

Sorry but I have great difficulty understanding your post. I believe the gist to be that you ordered a TV which was left with your neighbours who then stole it. Then you had several problems with your account and now you are getting calls every day.

I think I'm going to cop out and suggest you take all the relevant paperwork/information down to your local CAB who can then give better advice based on the letters/mails you have sent received

the post doesn't make a lot of sense OP. Can you repost and use paragraphs and punctuation so we can suggest what you need to do?
