Courtesy Car - Help!!
Hi there,
Sorry if I've posted this in the wrong section, but I would grateful for some advice if possible?!
I picked up a courtesy car this morning (mine is in for service). I have just been out to the car park where it has been all day, and have noticed a rather large scratch/damage to the rear near side wheel arch?! Now I know for a fact I haven't done it, and the car I parked next to this morning is still there, so don't think it's them either?? Now my question is, I know it's probably my own fault because I didn't walk round the car when I picked it up, but the person who issued it to me didn't either.......Will I be liable for this damage??
Am really stressing now, I've already been told I need 2 new tyres!!
Please help, it's states I would have to pay £250 excess....and I really can't afford that!!
Thanks for reading xx

Debt 3 = £1900 - 1% = £19.00 - 2%
Debt 4 = £8000  - 1% = £80.00 - 0.5%

As they did not do a walkaround before they cannot prove it happened while you are responsible.did you sign a form that shows any damage?0
